At Dress Your Dream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Conditions for return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, bodysuits, underwear, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item(s) to our Dublin office (address provided upon request).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

EU & UK: from €15 (depending on weight and destination)
Free shipping on orders over €300 (Ireland & EU only).
All parcels are shipped with tracking number. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
